You had some good titles...
But you had too many titles, the words went on forever. I almost thought the animation would never start, and when it did, I was disappointed. You have some great text software, but you were trying to hide you lack of animating skill.
well I'm working on my Flash Skills ! I currently just learned it ! Now if you want you see some animation (ex.mouths moving,etc.etc.) go to my fun house site ! Starting with the intro & playing it through ! Plus After you enter the site !

I conceived the design for Mephisto a while before I knew what Hellsing was... (http://www.deviantart.com/view/4140426/) but I guess a little influence might have spilled over when I made the character models... ^_^;

But hacking in to your account was a new low for NG users. I have to admit that you made a great character that people love. I'm glad to see you're not letting assholes like the former me discourage you.

You should spend more time on your animations
You seem to only spend about one or two days on each one, that's probably why the animation isn't very good. These are funny enough to make the portal, but I don't think you will ever develop as an animator if you keep pushing this stupid movie idea. If you were a better animator then all the people you were trying to instruct would probably find you more credible instead of seeing you as a hypocrite.

It was Dana Carvey doing George Bush on SNL, who also did Ross Perot. I clipped it together. I think the impression he did is pretty good.
